If there is anything you learn from the past its to move forward with the future when the present is looking grey and dull. I have been through a lot in the past 4 years. More than I have lead on and exposed. Today is my 20th birthday. Which marks a significant milestone in my book. From this day forward I am known to be as a “grown adult”. Today marks the day where I find out who my true friends are, who are acquaintances, or just people I knew in the past; that now just hold the value of a number in the amount of friends I have on my facebook. This is the new beginning for me and an opportunity for you to realize that this is not just a blog for me anymore this is my life’s work. I put time and effort into things I write and opinions I post. Whether you agree with me or not is irrelevant, your opinion and arguments are what’s at value to me. Ignorance will not be tolerated or further indulged. Thank you for reading and I hope on this very special day of mine you will join me in celebrating this very special day with me and the mark of my new beginning .

redefiningfood:

I had avocado toast for my last breakfast in Bangkok, and the perfect Avocado Toast is not a humble affair. It is a symphony of tomato tepanade topped with thick slices of avocado, seasoned with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, a liberal squeeze of lemon and finally a dash of tabasco sauce, all on toasted whole seed sprouted bread. When time is limited, we have to make the moments we have memorable for ourselves, and a little time and effort is never misplaced when making food memorable.
